This fits very snugly through the rib cage. I own two Nanette Lepore dresses, and they both fit me perfectly in a size 6. This one barely zipped up in an 8. It's a great dress for tall ladies (hits me right at the knee). The zipper feels a bit flimsy, but the rest of the dress feels very well made!

I usually wear a size 6 in a dress of this style, but this 6 is tighter than I would like. Thankfully, it's thick enough to go bra-less, but I would have been more comfortable in an 8.
