Beautiful dress but SO heavy
I rented this dress for a housewarming party. The cut is a little bit less sexy than it looks in the pictures, but probably appropriate for a nicer work event. Unfortunately, the fabric is so thick that I was sweating as soon as I tried it on.

Pictures don't do it justice
I rented this for a wedding in Charleston, and I got compliments all night. The dress is a little bit deeper of a blue than you can tell in pictures, and it was incredibly flattering. I used double sided tape to make sure there wasn't too much cleavage. I usually wear a 12 but rented a 12 and a 14. Both fit, but the empire waist on the 12 was a little high so I ended up wearing the 14.

SO short!
I really loved this dress online, and it was pretty hard to tell how it would fit, but I went for it. First, the fabric is thicker than I could tell from reviews/pictures. It's almost a tweed, but that's fine for winter. Unfortunately, this means that the fabric doesn't have much give. It did fit ok once I zipped it up, but the dress is unbelievably short. I couldn't even wear tights without my butt showing, which wasn't going to fly. That may not be the case for everyone, but I'm tall and also have a large chest, so it made the dress that much shorter. Pretty dress, just not for my body type!

I didn't want to send this back.
I am completely obsessed with this dress, and really wish that I could buy it after this weekend. It's pretty simple, but the material is stretchy and somewhat thick at the same time. It really complemented my body because it was tight through the chest, and then flaired out. I'm hitting up the RTR sample sale just to see if I can find anything remotely close that I can keep forever.I wore it with my favorite statement necklace from BaubleBar and royal blue pumps. The awesome thing about this dress is it could really be dressed up or down based on how you accessorize it.

Gorgeous dress and super flattering
I wore this dress to my birthday party in DC. The dress was absolutely gorgeous; super colorful and fun, and really flattering. I have a large chest and it's hard to find dresses where I can have some cleavage without it being too much. The material was close to a sweater dress, but wasn't too heavy. I wore with tights and no other shapewear and was fine. I would definitely recommend this dress for a night out or another event that isn't too dressy. Having said all that, I booked this item with a discount and probably wouldn't have paid $125 for the rental.
