Great dress but VERY SNUG
I loved this dress but it was definitely the tightest thing I've ever worn in public. It fit like a glove (after two days of no carbs lol). The size up was more comfortable but then it was too baggy in the hips. If you are on the shorter size I don't think the dress would work out very well - just the way it is cut.
