Beautiful dress but this is not a dress for anyone with hips. I ended up contacting RTR to send a last minute backup because neither the 4 or 6 fit me. The 6 was too loose in the top and was so snug in the hips without any stretch that I was afraid to sit down in it. The event I needed this for involved a sit down dinner so I didn't want to risk it. For reference my measurements were 33" bust, 28" waist, and 40" hips.

This dress was beautiful but has absolute zero stretch and although it looks like an A-line, it's not. Very fitted. I did not end up wearing this but RTR was luckily able to ship me out a backup style last minute. I will, however, not go to an out of town event again without bringing a backup that I own and know that fits well! Very stressful situation lol

I loved this dress, it was a little large and I wore it to a formal holiday party out of town, I ended up using a sewing kit to shorten the straps and wore it with a thin patent belt and it worked out well. A 6 would have fit better, but this was sent last minute when neither my first choice or the backup fit so I had to make it work, luckily I brought the belt just in case for that exact reason and the hotel had a sewing kit.
