The belt is attached to the middle of the back of the dress - tie it as tight as preferred and it works wonders on a pear or hourglass shape. The chest/shoulders are billowy(? Spacious maybe?) enough so if you have a larger chest, it makes it less noticeable. Sleeve openings were flipped up possibly from wear? Fabric was neopreney. Perfect work-appropriate length. Nice color (little darker than in RTR preview image). Very flattering and comfortable.

It's usually tough for me to find properly fitting clothes especially this ~brand type~ if you know what I mean. Nothing fits a short size 8 with hips, boobs and a smaller waist. This was PERFECT. Not too tight on my chest but my arms and neck were almost snug. It was a little short so I'll chance it at work with tights, but nothing outrageous. color matched the preview well and the fabric was nice!
