Perfect for a NYE formal
This dress is lightweight, stays put, and is remarkably comfortable. It's not for shrieking violets, since you'll definitely sparkle! Lots of fun to wear. At 5'6", though, I didn't need a long even with huge heels. I ended up with it draped over my arm anytime I walked.
