I did not wear this dress. It was my back up dress.
I'm 5ft tall and even the petite length was too long in the torso for me. The fabric bunched up above my waistline in the back of the dress instead of falling flat down my back. The overlay is also heavier than it looks. I live in North Texas and rented this for a Spring event. It the few minutes I had it on, it felt uncomfortably warm. I would suggest this dress for cooler weather.

Backup dress!
My first choice was way too long, so I went with this one. I still had to wear 5in heels to make it work. This dress is better in person and so classy. I was at an event with over 3000 people and 2 people stopped me to tell me my dress was their favorite of the night.

Best dress ever!
I rented this 2 years ago and I'm just getting around to reviewing it. This dress is EVERYTHING! People still talk about this dress and ask me about. Many have told me that it is the best dress I've ever worn. I attend numerous formal events each year for my husband's job, so I've worn lots of dresses over the years. I would not recommend this for a Spring or Summer event as the fabric is heavy, but it is PERFECT for cooler weather.

Great for a Spring Event!
Perfect fit! I'm exactly 5ft tall, so the high low dresses are a perfect option for me. I never have to worry about them being too long. I received tons of compliments on this one. Loved the pink accents. Rent the Runway has never let me down!

University Gala
This was my backup dress. I really liked it and the dark green lace is absolutely beautiful, but the other dress was even more amazing. I will rent this again for a future event. The one they sent me looked brand new as if it had never been worn. I generally wear a size 4, but sized up because of previous reviews. This dress is very fitted through the bust and there's no way I would have gotten a size 4 zipped.

University Gala for my husband's work
This dress is so comfortable! It has some stretch and fit my body like it had been made for me. I'm short & the petite length wasn't available. I made this one work by wearing 5" platforms. This was my husband's favorite dress that I've rented. I did wear a strapless bra because it gave me more support & a better silhouette, but many would be able to go without a bra with this one. I received tons of compliments on the dress. Rent the Runway came through for me again!

1st rental was PERFECT!!!
I was thrilled to learn that RTR had so many formal gown choices in petite lengths as I'm barely 5ft tall. I normally wear a 4P, but after reading several reviews I decided to order this dress in a 6P & 8P because my bra size is a 34DD and several mentioned the bust area being small. The 6P fit me perfectly and felt like it was made for my body. Even with the petite length dress, I still had to wear a 5 inch heel in order to not step on the hem all night. IMO, the petite length runs a little long since I would have been more comfortable in a shorter heel, but that is a very minor complaint. I LOVED the way the bottom of this dress moved when I walked. Also, the dress was super comfortable and I would definitely rent this dress again. My husband's job has us attending 3-5 formal events each year and RTR will now become my new go-to site! I've already placed a second order for another event next month. I also rented the necklace and the earrings and they were perfect!
