pretty basic navy dress that can be dressed up with a statement necklace.
the pleats can def make it feel blousier, but I liked the effect.

nothing, this dress is boring and lame.
it's just really boring. I can't actually describe what I don't like about it, but it was weird. I put it on in the morning and thought it was ok, but as the day wore out, I hated it. I seriously considered changing mid-day. It is boring, the cut isn't super flattering...it is somewhere between baggy and sort of fitted? I don't know. I just didn't like it.
