Wanted to love it
Unfortunately, my regular size was unavailable last minute due to an issue with the dress. The larger of the two sizes was way too large. However, I could see where this dress would've been flattering. At the time of the rental, I was 18 weeks pregnant and am still figuring out what flatters the bump. Customer service was on top of it and helped me out. They were incredibly kind and on top of it.

Backup dress that didn't work
I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time I rented this dress. It was a back up because there was a problem with the dress I ordered. It was labeled as maternity friendly but really didn't find it to be so. It pulled in all the wrong places and the fabric was scratchy and uncomfortable. Didn't end up wearing it. Customer service was phenomenal. 5/5 for the sweet person that helped me over the phone.

A lot of compliments, a lot of double sided tape
Great dress. Definitely runs small in the rib cage. There was some side boob action happening but was adjusted with double sided tape. I feel like this goes without saying with the dress cut, but you will have cleavage. However, tape kept it classy and I danced the whole night without a wardrobe malfunction.

Flattering and classy
Wore this for a wedding from a friend from work. It hugged my curves but also kept it conservative and classy. I work out but love tacos-- so I go for dresses that are both bump friendly and have some stretch for my athletic build. No spanx needed with this one! The dress stayed in place and had give. I was comfortable both sitting and dancing. Great, affordable find.

It has stretch!
I usually go for dresses that flatter both my athletic build and love of tacos. This brand does both. Loved this dress. It was a heavier fabric that helped smooth but also did not show sweat (thank you pop up southern storms and humidity). Another win by Elizabeth and James.

Classy but edgy
It was surprisingly loose for a large (I'm usually a size 10-12 dress and L/XL in general) but super comfy. I did wear some light smoothing shorts under just to feel more comfortable but really didn't need them. I received so many compliments on the dress. My only complaint was that it rode up and twisted often but was still manageable. I think if I had actually sized down to the medium, it would've stayed better.

My best RTR. EVER.
I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner. My build is a mixture of "works out hard but still likes tacos." Athletic but some bumps. 36DD (used only a sticky bra), 6' tall, and about 190 lbs. This dress was not only unbelievably comfortable but flattering, had give, and a great length. I did use some very light shapewear (shorts) to smooth a little in the love handle region but it really would've been fine without it. Recommend with nude heels and yellow gold jewelry! I received so many compliments and it really complimented my blonde hair. Did not want to take it off and definitely did not want to send it back.

Sexy but classy for a military ball
My date described this dress perfectly: gorgeous and sexy but still classy. It was perfect for a military ball. This dress had give, flattered any flaws, and was dancable. For how fitted it is, it didnt ride up a lot (had to pull it down after walking but still didnt bunch). My only complaint was that the long was barely long enough. At 6' tall, I definitely could only wear flats with it. Im typically between a 10 and a 12 and couldve worn either because of the stretch but chose to go with the 12 for better movement.

Classy and elegant
I'm in LOVE with this dress. So many compliments. I'm typically in between sizes (10-12) and the 10L fit great. I was able to get away with wearing flats because I am tall but it's definitely a long dress. Perfect for an early fall outdoor wedding. A little double sided tape worked great to secure it for a reception full of dancing. Sad I had to return it!

Great for a summer wedding
Such a fun dress! I rented it for an outdoor Georgia late spring wedding (toasty!) but it worked out great. Definitely tight in the chest and felt like I had to keep tucking the girls down. Really liked the bra strap hooks so you can wear a normal bra but hide the straps!

Great for a grouch wedding
I'm 6'1" and was scared the length would be too short, but it worked out great! Im always between a 10 and 12. I have a large rib cage and had difficulties getting the dress zipped on my own. The zipper kept getting stuck. I ended up wearing the 12 just because I was able to negotiate the zipper. As a result, I feel as though side view photos weren't as flattering. It just hugged me wrong around the ribs. However, I received a ton of compliments on the dress and it worked great for a more conservative church wedding.

Rehearsal dinner dress
Rented this for a beach wedding rehearsal and loved it! Unfortunately, we were running so late we missed the rehearsal and I couldn't wear it! But the regular came close to the floor while barefoot, which was my intent for the venue. Definitely need a sticky bra if you have anything up too whatsoever. Loved it! Bummed I couldn't wear it.

Perfect for a military beach wedding!
This dress allowed me to be flowy and beachy for a wedding on the sand, but still was fancy enough to stand next to my guy in his uniform. It flattered in all the right places and was the perfect shade of pink. Received so many compliments! I'm always in between a 10 and 12 and the 10 fit great! Had to watch the area without the strap (it gapped a bit) but it was definitely a win. Sad I had to return it!

Great fit, lots of compliments. It was flattering and vert appropriate for a work ball! I'm an athletic build with some bumps I didn't want to show and this slimmed and covered perfectly. Bonus: I'm 6'1" and was able to wear the 10L with heels!
