The ruffles and seam details on this blouse are exquisite. I received many compliments on it. It looked great with dress pants for work and jeans for casual.

Beautiful, sophisticated dress.
The fit is great and the fabric is a very pretty light blue/green. I was disappointed that it looked worn around the neck, the hem was unraveling, and the lining tacks were broken. I guess many others have enjoyed wearing it!
