Arm holes are very large for petite size
I could not find a bra that would work under this dress. If I had a sticky bra I feel like that may have worked. The dress otherwise fit great!

The jacket is adorable! It has two enclosures in the waist so you can adjust how tight you'd like it to fit. I believe it gave me a better shape with the tighter fitting without being uncomfortable or too tight.

The pants fit higher on your wait, but I would not considered them to be a high waisted pant. I'm 5'3" and the pants hit in a perfect length with heels.
