Super cute collar.
I wore this to work as we had a holiday party at the office at 4pm. It was a good option as it was work appropriate but still sort of dressy and festive. The back is all open lace -- I ended up wearing a cotton navy camisole underneath that I had on hand -- it wasn't obvious. However, it made the already small shirt even tighter. If you want to wear something under to cover your back expect to size up. This will dress up nicely because of the open back.

The pattern and fabric are lovely.
The neckline gapes open constantly and makes it difficult to wear to work. Expect to wear fashion tape or pin it. I ended up wearing it but was distracted the whole day -- next time I won't bother. It was lovely otherwise.

Fit is great
I ordered this for a party but it didn't arrive in time (holiday unlimited shipping shipped a bit slower than I expected, but did ship exactly as estimated). I thought about wearing it to work instead but I just couldn't manage to dress it down enough for my office. However, the fit was stunning. It would have been perfect for my Christmas Eve brunch or Christmas eve day tea -- both parties were the plan and it would have been *perfect.*

Really stunning lace.
It's a nice piece because it feels like it can go super formal, more cocktail, or even dressed down a bit. I had no idea what the actual dress code for this event was and it was more dressy than expected and I fit in perfectly. We later went to another party after -- which was casual, no problem! Magic jumpsuit.

The sleeves looked a little pirate-y.
The way the sleeves were connected to the shirt wasn't awesome and it ended up looking pretty obvious that the white pieces are separate and it's not actually layered. I didn't love the fit either. It's very soft though.

The pattern is lovely.
The elastic back made this fit well, but I think it would fit best on a person with a smaller bust. The synthetic fabric also doesn't breathe well so it makes it a bit uncomfortable if the environment is warm. All in all, the pattern is adorable. I would have preferred a SZ2.
