It runs true to size for the most part but I would go a size down for your backup size :). I loved this dress SO MUCH! It was incredibly comfortable but it still gave off that "high class" look. I received compliments all day! I would definitely buy this dress if not for the high retail price tag:). Originally, I was not going to wear this dress, but there was an issue with my original order, so the AMAZING RTR customer service sent me this as a backup. But I ended up loving it so much more than the first one. I've used RTR for years and this was by far my favorite rental.

I wore this to my work's annual black tie holiday party. It's a cute dress. Probably wouldn't rent again just because wasn't wow-ed with the fit. I had to pile on the shape wear because this dress shows a lot. Is not very comfortable. I was able to go bra-less with sufficient padding in the front, which was a plus. I did receive a lot of compliments and it was different than what everyone else was wearing. I adore the color; it really "pops" in a room full of people. I would wear anywhere from 1-2 sizes larger than what you typically wear.
