Nice casual pants
The fit was nice and better for those with a straighter shape. The front pockets may not lay flat for those with more shapely hips. While I liked the fit, these were more casua and more worn-looking l than I was expecting. A plus about these is that they are a great length for shorter gals. I am 5'1 and these hit at the ankle bone...so I could just put them on and not have to worry about rolling them up.

Flattering dress and good option for petites
This was a nice dress. I wouldn't say this was exceptional quality compared dresses you might find from Theory, J Crew, or Ralph Lauren, but it was a good work dress. The material is heavy so it doesn't cling to the body. The cut of the chest and shoulder was nice and made my shoulders look toner than they actually are and it squared off my shoulders a bit to balance my top and bottom well. Overall,I thought this was a very flattering dress. I work in an office that has a formal business dress code, and this felt a little more casual to me. I probably would not choose this again for work but I think it would work well for a semi formal or business casual office.

Great quality, not great for petites
This quality of this dress is really nice, but this was not petite friendly. It was too long overall, but the torso was especially long which made the proportions unflattering for someone who is 5'1. If it came in a petite size, I would definitely get this though.

Great staple dress for work and great length for petites!
This would be a great staple dress for work, but it did not fit well on me. The waist and chest were a great fit but the shoulder width was too wide and made the chest area baggy on me. I am 5'1, and the length was perfect for me - hit right at the knees - but for someone taller this might be a little too short for a workplace that has a formal business or semi-formal business dress code. If I kept this, it would need to be tailored.
