Such a Great Look For Work
I’m a pretty solid 8, at 5’4 and 131lbs. This fits pretty snug but it totally works. I might need Spanx to smooth things out. I agree with others, the v-neck does plunge way down. I’ll need something underneath I’ll probably wear knee high boots with it to complete the look

Stylish "Sweatpants"!
I picked these up so that I can look somewhat stylish and also be comfortable for some upcoming travel plans. I definitely will be. I've got my eye on the matching top so that when it becomes available, I will be the perfect "matchy-matchy" in the airport :) I'm a 14 on the bottom and the Large fits perfectly

Just a great work-casual sweater
I love the pattern on this sweater for the office. I wore it with skinny jeans, a black turtleneck and knee high boots. It's comfortable for the rooms that are freezing and then I can take it off for the conference rooms that are super warm.

It's ginormous
I'm 5'4" and around a 14 and this runs close to a 18-20 or the person who wore it before me stretched the heck out of it. I had to pull it up to my bra and could have pinned 3" to have it fit around my chest. It just would not stay put. I wore it once because I had just planned my outfit for the day around that skirt and at 4:30am when you are getting ready, you can't change your plans. Instead of a XL, I could have done a M

Statement Piece
I agree with many of the Reviewers, to a certain extent. 1) It is a bit stiff, and there are pros and cons to that. The only con is that I had to be careful with the makeup along my chin. I felt like I was getting that makeup rub on the collar. But there are far more pros. It will never wrinkle. And it really is comfortable. The stiffness is really not noticeably uncomfortable 2) It is really a statement piece. For any lady that has a managerial role, rent it. I cannot tell you how many "Woos" I got the firs time I got on camera working from home and wearing this. It's just that sort of blouse. And when when I wore it out of the home. Don't be afraid of wearing something that stands out and isn't some blah color. 3) I agree that it is a bit tight for us busty ladies. I'm a 38D and as a 14, it is tight. But the 14 isn't too tight. 4) This is not some "old lady" blouse that you'll find in a Talbots. Sorry, not sorry Talbots. I probably will wind up buying this, not only because of the bold colors but also because it is beautiful. And when you have such a wide range of ages telling you how great it looks, you have a winner.

Great casual work outfit!
Such a perfect sweater for work. I wore this with a dark wash jean and I received so many compliments. I want to dress "my age" for the lack of a better phrase, but I don't want to dress like I just walked out of a Talbots. This looked put together and trendy. A+

Wooooo! This Gal is Snug!
I rented this for NYE for dinner with friends and it was perfect! No LBD here! And I didn't want to go overboard and be overdressed with sequins. The hot pink color is just that...HOT pink. It stands out. But girls, it does not leave a lot to the imagination. I've got a big caboose, so wear it with confidence!

Not As Flattering As I Thought
Prior reviewers really were happy with this dress, but when I tried it on, my boyfriend was confused. It just looked weird. Perhaps it's because I'm short (5'4"). That long dash in front looked out of place and weird on me

So flattering. So beautiful.
There's something about the extra detail on the front of this dress that flatters any sort of imperfection you may have (of think you may have). This dress is just perfect for work and anything after work. I receive more compliments for the color and the styling on me.

It's a standout!
I wore this jacket to stay toasty at a hockey game and it definitely will keep you warm! Here's the thing...I say it runs big, because I looked like Sasquatch in an XL. I'm usually a 12 so RTR sent an XL. It was ginormous on me. A L would have been more than enough. My guess is that a L would have been a 10/12 and a XL is a 14/16. I got so many compliments on the colors of the jacket.
