I typically wear a 0-2 in dresses, and the 38 fit great! The next size up did fit as well, but was a little loose in the waste. It all depends on how tight you want it to be. The material is beautiful and bold. No wrinkles! Long sleeves are in as well! Over all, I would recommend!
