This is a really baggy dress. I wear a 10-12 and that was an XL/XXL in this dress.
Not wearable - I can't imagine this would fit or flatter anyone, of any size. The drop waist makes it hard to fit the top and the bottom at once. I'd say size down at least a size and prepare for the cut to be kind of funky.
