Highly recommend sizing up! Length was fine for work, and I tend to lean more conservative in the office. By the end of the day I was just uncomfortable but received several compliments!

So many compliments and the regular length was perfect for heels - I could get away with kitten heels but had to lift my dress a bit. I also tried on with 3" heels and it was perfect! Dress has pockets which is just an added bonus
