If you don't have big boobs I would go a size smaller. The top needs to be snug. The only place this dress is tight is around the rib cage and that didn't seem to change in the 2 or the 4. I am short and this dress fit perfect with some high heels. Be prepared to be up there! The zipper on the two was a little warped but we managed to get it up. I have never had so many compliments on a dress in all my life. If this is in your top 3 stop looking and get it!
