This dress was absolutely adorable and I felt classy in it. It fit true to size and was made of a thicker material, which made it a little warm but also allowed it to hold its shape and not wrinkle all night.

I rented this to wear to a wedding. Its a really cute dress but I ended up not wearing it for a few reasons: 1. The dress is REALLY bright. The picture on RTR makes it look more pastel but the colors are literally neon and, while I think it would be great for a cruise or trip to the Keys, I found it much too obnoxious for a church wedding. 2. The fabric is extremely thin and lightweight. Again, this would be perfect for a summer trip but it made the dress wrinkle very easy and almost too informal for a wedding (unless it was a beach wedding) The fit is like other Lilly dresses, although I thought it ran a little narrower in the hip.

I rented this for my graduation. All the sizes were rented out except for the 0, but I called RTR and they said that Kate Spade runs slightly large so I decided to go for it. Sadly, my rib cage was too large and it did not zip up! But the dress was absolutely beautiful--made out of a heavier cotton and flaring out at the hip for a great silhouette. I cannot wait to rent it again in a size 2 or 4!

I wore this dress for my graduation. It looked just like the pictures and other reviewers have stated--shift silhouette that was short but not TOO short. The sequin detail added some excitement to an otherwise very classic and plain dress. I think it fits true to size. I could have fit in a smaller size but it would probably been too short. Also, make sure you have a nude bra and thong. My only complaint is that it wrinkled VERY easily. I had to iron it when I took it out of the box and it was wrinkled severely again after I sat in it for graduation.

I wore this to a March wedding in Northern California. I got lots of compliments, felt very stylish, and was comfortable on a cool night. I had some issues with sizing - originally I ordered the 2R and 4R. To my surprise, the 2R was literally falling off and was too large to be fixed with tape or pins. RTR saved the day by overnighting me the 0R. The 0R felt like it was 4 sizes smaller than the 2R and would barely zip on. So I think maybe the 2R is mislabeled or extremely stretched out.

I love Herve, but the dress certainly was not my favorite Herve. The top of the dress was absolutely gorgeous and made me feel classy, but still sexy. The dress made my waist look great, but it was longer than I expected (almost down to my knees), which I think contributed to making my hips look a little bulkier than I would have liked.

I rented this dress for Valentine's Day and have never been more in love with what I was wearing. The dress was extremely tight, but that was great for keeping everything in (even after a huge dinner). It was the perfect length (short but not too short), although a bit lower cut up top than I expected.

I wore the dress for New Years and I was able to eat a huge dinner but still look great for a party afterwards thanks to the poof of the dress. It was a little more low cut in the bust than I expected, but that made it sexy despite the fact that the silhouette wasn't overly sexy.

I rented this for a work event thinking it would be cute and form-fitting yet classy and conservative. But even the 2 was WAY too big on me (I dont think a 0 would have worked either) and it simply looked frumpy. I ended up buying another dress for the evening and was very grateful that RTR has a WONDERFUL return policy!

I absolutely loved this dress. I felt incredibly hot and stylish in it, but still classy enough to be at a wedding. My only complaint was that the opening at the bottom was a little tight for dancing.

Like other reviewers have noted, the dress runs a little small in the shoulders. I probably would have liked how the extra small fit in the body better, but my normal-sized shoulders were way to broad to dream about fitting in the XS. That being said, the small still looked gorgeous, I felt like a million dollars, and I got a ton of compliments.
