love this way more than expected.
If this wasn’t so expensive I would totally buy it. It’s wool, so expect a little scratchiness but nothing that was bothersome. It is such a lovely color, great fit & it looks so sophisticated.

made a cuter outfit than expected
to echo other reviews, it’s OK. the wrap around tie is a bit awkward & my midsection was slightly too small for it to look as intended but still ended up with a cute work outfit. would be good with jeans too. & it was very comfortable. feels almost like an elevated sweatshirt.

SO flattering
Love this dress, it’s comfortable, flattering, cute pattern, & the slit on the side is fun but not too revealing. I would totally buy this but it’s madewell & not that expensive so I’d prefer to buy new. Also very versatile. I wore it to work & will wear again to a Friendsgiving. But it would be a great piece for a dinner or date as well. 10/10 recommend.

LOVED.
Loved it. Didn’t get as much wear out of it as I wanted due to the change in season but I seriously considered purchasing it. It’s a bit short for work but it’s so cute for weekend wear with a pair of flats or sneakers. If I had this during the summer I would’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. I’ll definitely rent it or something similar again.

Cute but not for me
Love the color & print, thought this would make a cute fall piece with some boots. As others have stated, it’s a bit snug in the neck. I have a curvy body type, small waist, larger in the hips & it did nothing for me. I probably could’ve gotten one wear out of it but decided to immediately return.

Love the look of this!! The colors are fun but it still says professional and it was not too short for work wear. My only complaint (but one that I often struggle with because of my body type) is that it was a little big in the waist.

Cute but Just OK
The pattern is fun & I think it looks cute with some high waisted jeans, perhaps slim & not baggy ones. I wore it to work with wide leg blue pants & the whole outfit felt a little too big & baggy. My complaints are that it’s a little rough/scratchy & more boxy in the midsection than I expected.
