Im obsessed with this dress and am on the verge of buying it. I have a large bust and this had the stretch that I needed for it to fit comfortably. I wore it to my company holiday party. Rent it! For reference, my measurements are 44-34-45.

Felt like a queen
I felt like a movie star with this -- I have an hourglass / big boobs and was scared that it wouldn't give me a waist (and that I was going to like like I was wearing a sack) but it definitely did. Would definitely recommend!
