I was surprised by how light these chandeliers were! I have sensitive earlobes and cannot wear heavy earrings (I did wear these with Lobe Wonder support patches and wore these all night without any discomfort). Lots of compliments, the perfect amount of sparkle to go with an understated dress.

Wow wow wow - this cuff was the perfect piece of wrist art for the wedding I attended. It's a smidge adjustable, so it was easy to tighten it slightly so it didn't slide around while I danced all night. Love Kendra Scott and LOVE RTR!

I wore this to a formal evening wedding during the fall. The dress was a perfect length on my curvy, 5'4 frame, barely grazing the floor in back - I wore a 3" heel. The slit didn't ride as high on my figure as it does on the model in the photo (it hit about 3-4" above my knee). I ordered the 10R and the 12R as a back up. The 10 fit perfectly, like a second skin without pulling anywhere and with plenty of room to dance. Tons of compliments all evening. I wore a feather lite Nubra so I didn't need to worry about yanking anything up or straps peeking out. Also rented RTR's gold Kendra Scott Sanskrit cuff and Emma Duster earrings to compliment the gorgeous olive green of this dress.

I’ve used RTR for every dress I’ve needed from galas to weddings to vacations for a year now. RTR has excellent customer service, in person and via phone! I visited the Chicago store for this particular event and was helped by Rachel who was like a freaking fairy godmother in finding a style for me; not just trying to talk me into a more expensive rental, but taking into consideration dresses I already pulled to try on, and making suggestions on designers who make petite sizes (I’m not quite 5’4, and have an issue with dresses dragging, even in 4” heels). I tried this Monique LHuillier in the 6 at the store (zipped and fit, but was snug in the ribcage) so I ordered the 8 for delivery. The 8 that arrived the Thursday before my event had been damaged by a previous renter, not noticeable on the outside of the dress, however the stitching for the fix made the lining of the dress so tight I couldn’t get it on over my shoulders... However I called the customer service hotline and Samantha (she was extraordinarily helpful!!!) overnighted another size 8 to me. Completely painless. Got the dress by noon and in plenty of time for the event that evening. The dress: the GORGEOUS, textured material is actually more of a gunmetal deep gray, not black as the dress on the model looks. In 4” heels on my 5’4 frame, this 8R grazed the floor in front and created the look of a 2-3” train behind. Wore stickies on top – there would not have been room for a normal strapless – this hugged my chest pretty tightly!! The waist was still tight, too – not as big of a difference between the 6 and the 8 as I had hoped, but still looked beautiful and laid nicely. (I just don’t like things hugging me too snugly, I ALWAYS go up a size for comfort – just a personal preference).

I've never felt sexier! This dress was simply lovely, and the nautical detail was beautiful - perfect for our vacation in New Orleans. The fabric didn't have much give, and I found myself between the 6 and the 8 - went with the 8 because we were going to dinner and I knew I was going to stuff myself full of good Cajun food. The 6 fit like a glove that was made for specifically me in my waist, hips and length, but was snug around my rib cage after it zipped. I wouldn't have been able to wear a bra with it. The 8 was slightly longer and afforded me a little more room through the waist and hips but wasn't too baggy. Gave me that extra little bit of space in the rib cage that I needed. I wore a sticky bra under this style, and as it got cooler, I added a light, kind of sheer, white sweater that was the same length as the dress. I wish I had a full body picture of the dress on; it's extremely well made, and well maintained by RTR. Another fabulous rental!

Wore this to the opera. Extraordinarily comfortable to sit in for almost 4 hours! This dress runs short! I'm 5"4 and had planned to wear 4" heels, but wound up wearing 2" heels instead. I wish the 4L would have been available. Also, it's lower cut than the pictures reveal, so I wore a long, heavy crystal necklace to weigh down the front. It worked perfectly. Really a cool twist on a classic a long, black gown. Love this dress!
