Didn't wind up wearing it
The XL was too tight across my chest but the XXL felt like it had too much extra fabric and I felt like I looked like I was wearing a maternity dress despite not being pregnant. Probably works on someone taller (I'm 5'2) but I didn't wind up liking in on me that much so I didn't wind up wearing it.

Didn't use - wouldn't fit my phone
Intended to use this with a RTR dress for a friend's birthday outing but it wouldn't close with my phone inside (iPhone 11 Pro, 5.8' screen, so not one of the largest options). I liked that there's a shoulder chain inside so it doesn't have to be a clutch only, but I didn't want to have to carry my phone around separately, so I didn't use it.

Couldn't wear it - not great proportions for shorter frames
I tried the size 16 and couldn't get it to zip. While an 18 was not available for my rental, I don't think it would have worked better as I think that the V in the front would have been too low for my short torso and I might have had trouble to keep my chest covered. I feel I often wind up having these kinds of issues as a short, curvy woman where dresses aren't cut for larger stomachs on shorter frames. If you're at least average height, and maybe size up, this would probably fit you and look great.

Cute but a little long
Comfortable, but a bit long for my 5'2 body. It felt just slightly disproportionate on me. The color was pretty but washed me out so I paired a bold necklace to bring some color to my face.

I wound up not wearing this. It did fit but I didn't like how I looked in it. I am 5'2 and t felt like it was made for someone with a longer torso. The back bunched and the cinched waist accentuated my stomach in a way I didn't like. My husband said I should wear it but I just wasn't feeling comfortable in it.

Not for busty ladies
While the shoulders and waist fit, my bra was hanging out. I couldn't get the top to wrap and remotely cover my chest and it wasn't loose enough to wear a tank underneath. Cute idea for smaller women.

Loved these pants! I'm 5'2 and they were more like floods then capris but that was fine. Paired them with a cranberry too and sandals for a casual day at work. Got many compliments and almost kept them! Probably will rent these again.

So. Comfortable.
I wore this with leggings while WFH and loved how cozy it was. I am 5'2 and the side slits come up high enough that the leggings definitely should be pants if you go out in public - this is not a piece that covers your butt. But it's soft and cozy and a nice lightweight sweater in early spring in New England.

Flattering and comfy!
I wore this for Easter and got many compliments such that I wound up buying it! I loved the ruffled, asymmetrical hem. The sheath under the lower half was just right, so while I often wear larges in most items, the XLR was right for my wider hips. Also, for what it's worth, the v-neck is low and some people might want to wear a tank underneath.

Cute to dress up jeans
Wore this while WFH during COVID. I got compliments on Zoom meetings and felt cute but comfy. My only complaint was that the bottom of the v-neck was tight and tended to sit on top of my chest instead of across my chest. But the rest of the top fit well/loosely so that if I had gone up a size for bust it would have been too big in the torso. I would totally wear this again as this isn't a big concern for me, but something to keep in mind if you have a larger chest.

Cute but tight arms
This was a super cute and relaxed top for WFH but the arms were uncomfortably tight. The rest of the body of the top was loose and boxy such that a larger size probably wouldn't have been as flattering. Just something to keep in mind if you have muscular or bigger arms.

I wore this for a 70's disco themed work gala. I'm 5'2 and the legs were fine in 3" heels. It stayed up all night - I didn't wear a bra with it. It was very comfortable and stretchy material and I got lots of compliments on it. I did have to have help getting the side zipper zipped and there was no way I could go to the bathroom during the event. The zipper on my particular item would get stuck at different seams which was annoying. I'm not a fan of jumpsuits in general, but if I was, I would probably rent this again. As someone who's short and struggles to wear things like this because of leg length, I was really happy with the overall fit.

Super cute and lightweight!
I wore these to a 70s themed charity gala. They were lightweight (which was very appreciated) an a big smaller than I expected, though you could still see them with half my hair pulled back. I'd wear them every day, quite honestly - they can dress up jeans and a tee or add a nice pop of color to a more formal look.

Lovely but tricky when short
Rented this for a charity gala and got many compliments. It takes confidence and trust in the top to wear this though. The petite was a great length - perfect for me (5'2). Straight through the hips so I wish I hadn't forgotten my shape wear. But again - it's about how you wear it - because all I got were compliments. My brightest frustration was I wish the straps were adjustable and that the hanger loops were not at the seam at the shoulder. I wound up pinning them inside the front of the dress but the straps were a bit long on me so they slid out from time to time anyway. I had to pin the straps for them to be the right length and I am full chested enough that the top didn't lay flat. If I were to own this I would get it tailored. Also if you can't tell from the picture the band at the waist is navy not black and the top has more purple than what I expected (I expected bright pink).

Great graduation dress!
I wore this to my mom's PhD graduation and it was very comfortable and flattering. If it weren't for my chest, I could have worn the size 10 but if you're busty, go up a size. It was a flattering length (I'm short) and I totally considered keeping this.

Fun and comfortable!
Wore this for my work's annual charity gala. I was super comfortable all night and it's modest enough while also being unique with the asymmetrical hem. I'm busty and wound up not wearing a bra. I was zipped in well enough to not "go anywhere" and I still thought it looked great. I would rent this again in a heartbeat. I stuck with the size 12 on this one as I couldn't get the 10 zipped at all.

Flattering and sophisticated!
I rented this for my 30th birthday where my husband surprised me with a trip to Chicago to see Hamilton. I was antsy about the low back as I'm not the thinnest in the world but felt comfortable, sexy, and confident in this all night. I went braless which I wouldn't normally do but the front was tight enough to hold me in. The lace hit right at my knee and the dress itself is pretty short but kept me covered. ;) The lacy was soft, not itchy. Only thing to caution is to just be careful with the hook and eye closures that they don't snag on any of the lace.

Great accent piece!
I took RTR up on the mystery accessory option for an extra $15 because with a very lacy and high-necked dress, I was unsure what would look best. These earrings are unlike anything in my jewelry collection and complimented the dress perfectly. They're not super heavy either.

Endless compliments in this dress!
This was my first RTR order and I will totally do this again. My work has an annual fundraising gala and I needed a gown as it was black tie optional. I got endless compliments all night long. I could see heads turning doing double takes. It was great and I felt great. I am 5'2 and did have to buy 4 inch heels to be able to move around without stepping on the dress. Other reviews said this dress could run large but I actually found it true to size as a 12. I didn't even try the 10 on. The zipper was tricky but manageable especially if you hooked the hook and eye first and had someone help you zip it. I didn't have issues with the sequins chaffing either. There's more gathering than the pictures I had seen showed. The shoulder strap "gathers" to the opposite waist and the back is gathered too. I was happy to wear it anyway but I know not everyone - especially women my size or larger - always like ruching like that. I loved wearing it though and will definitely use RTR again!
