Fits true to size and is very stretchy so you could size down for a more fitted look. The skirt needs more drama to make this work. Without a bit more volume in the skirt, it's just a shirt dress with a drop waist. I'm a bit taller than average so the drop waist hit in a weird spot which made the dress quite boring.
