Fun unique piece to dress up or down
It looks silky in pictures but is a light very soft fabric that isn't super see through. Based on reviews I sized up and that was the right choice, not too tight at waist but doesn't sag. It's a regular up and down slip skirt cut. Colorful enough that you can pair it with different t shirts or blouses for a put together look or more casual look.

Nothing special
The neckline was floppy with extra room in the chest and hems that would flip inside out so there isn't a straight v-neck. V is deep below cleavage and hit in between boobs and belly button but doesn't gape too wide. Kate spade usually fits tight in larger sizes but this was comfortable. Faux wrap means there's buttons far to the side on the inside and outside which is hard to reach and difficult to close on your own. Wasn't anything special in the cut or fabric that made it feel designer.

Lovely draping even better in person
Pictured it’s not much but in person the draping, effortlessly cinched waist and fluttery sleeves gives an X factor. The first RTR dress that’s truly true to size, not tight on belly but skims the curves. This brand has felt cheap in the past but not this. Fabric is standard chiffon with slip and well constructed.

Wish top fit better
This is the only dress I've rented that was too big for me. The bust was so gaping I had to pin in the armpits. I could have had 2 inches taken in at each side. The waist was defined but comfortably loose so I think sizing down would help. Overall I loved the style and print which was true to the picture. Pockets were a bonus and a heavier structured fabric meant no wrinkles and a more formal feel than just a long sundress you can dress up or down.

Size up if you don't want a gaping neckline
It tied together and did technically fit but the neckline was gaping open a bit more than I'd expect for a daytime dress and didn't look intentional. If you want a fit anywhere close to the model's definitely size up so that the two sides overlap enough to cover more of your chest. The starchy fabric is stiff and gives a bit of structure so it doesn't cling, though it has a slight swishing sound when you move. Overall cute and like the photos except for the sizing.

I don't know who this would fit
The mixed print is cute but the sizing of this skirt is questionable. I read lots of reviews saying how the waist is way too loose and even though it looks like you can tie it tighter you can't, so I sized down from 16 to 14. The skirt is only held up by the extremely tight area around my midsection but doesn't even touch my body at the waistband making it unwearable. Not for larger sizes especially if you have a belly and only for straight up and down bodies with undefined waist and small hips.

A nice cut dress
The material was flowy and the draping in the front is flattering. I got multiple compliments on it and though I liked it in the picture it didn't have any factor in person that made me like it more. The light yellow color is nice and would suit any skin tone better than most yellows. I can't wear any mustard because it washes me out but this pale shade made me look tan and warmer. I wished the neckline was a bit more straight across than the slight scoop that didn't do favors for shoulders.

Wasn't my style
The cut of the dress wasn't anything special in person. The only thing giving it shape is the little sash with a belt buckle that doesn't hold very well. It also had square pockets with gold buttons I could not see in the pictures that lays weirdly on the side (not the front) of the dress in the love handle region of the hip. I wouldn't have wanted to add bulk there but they laid pretty flat which is good I guess. The print is true to the picture just not really my thing. The fabric was incredibly soft and all in all it was very comfy. Looked better dressed down with white tennis shoes rather than anything with a heel as it is a bit more casual in person.

Didn't like the cut
I'm always drawn to some print mixing and a wrap dress but this didn't do it for me. The ties are right under the bust rather than at the natural waist which does not feel as flattering. Also, rather than a sash that wraps all the way around and defines your waist, this dress only has little strings to tie together which doesn't cinch as well. I didn't feel at risk of untying but the neckline gapes open more than I would like and it wasn't big enough to tie it tighter. There's not much overlap where the two sides meet so if it's windy the slit in the skirt may reveal more than you'd like. In the cut of the skirt there was a slight curve out at the hips which was hardly noticeable but I think may look better on someone pear shaped. I wouldn't consider this brand designer quality especially when it comes to the fabric of their pieces, but it was not itchy or uncomfortable.

Beautiful open and draped back
The draping on the back and the open back is so flattering and unlike any dress I've worn. The neck scarf/sash is a fun touch that you can customize, though the tie in the front is a little formal and the tie in the back obscures the nice details. I didn't mind the ties loose and laying on the back of the shoulders but it makes for a pretty unstructured collar in the front. The top was a bit tight on me and smushed my chest in a weird way. I wouldn't recommend if you have a large chest since the chiffon fabric has no give. Difficult to zip on your own and the arm hole was a bit itchy in the armpits.

Beautiful spring green color
Love that the color and print is bright and summery and looks great against tan skin. I own the exact same dress from Madewell in another print in one size smaller and even with some shrinkage after wash it still fits better than this dress. Even though this dress is a-line it fits very close to the body and I couldn't zip it up myself. Don't get if you are wanting a flowy summer dress but I still enjoyed it even with the more form-fitting cut.
