This was almost too flashy to wear to work (we have a casual environment, I usually wear cardigans & blazers). Shoulders were puffier than I expected - more 80s fit. Sleeves were bracelet length. Jacket is quite shiny - my friends told me I “looked like I was going to the club” or “to a meeting in NYC” or “to a meeting with NeNe Leakes” (of Real Housewives/ Fashion Police). Looked good worn open, over a black skirt. Like but not love.

Disappointing. - Materials did not feel luxe. - Body just felt like a wool/cotton blend, not even that soft. - Lapel (looked like suede in the photo) was just treated cotton, and didn’t lie well. I expected a power-cardigan that I could wear to command the room. Instead I got a floppy sweater that sat awkwardly and was wrinkle. Mediocre looking, not that comfy or flattering, didn’t wear.

Looked sharp for the office. These trousers grew on me as the day progressed. They weren't perfect but the interesting fit/fabric made them worthwhile. I paired with a mid-blue top, black leather jacket, and red flats. Very high waist, consider ordering up a size to ensure waist fit. Cropped as pictured on me (I’m 5’10). Fabric was pleasantly heavy. I chose "10R" European size (6 US) vs normally I'm a 4.

Appliqué pattern is beautiful and bright. Order a size up, and know it’s cropped - M fit me perfectly/slightly cropped, and I’m normally S/XS. Very casual. My item had clearly been worn a lot and drug cleaned numerous times, but still was fun to wear on the weekend. I remember seeing this in-store when it first went on sale, so it was a treat to get the chance to wear it!
