love the service at the SF store. Recently I have experience back to back issues w/ wrong orders.
Not sure if the season has been very busy and fulfillment team is overwhelmed, but many problems with my orders. I had to go our at last minute and buy outfits because order was not sent or missing parts. The team at SF store, especially Caitlin tried hard to assist me. This is a great service and I would hate to cancel, but if the items don't arrive or arrive incomplete, then it is not worth it. Maybe slow down growth to ensure your service is consistent.
