I would've needed the next size up in order to wear a big sweater underneath. Tailoring is beautiful.

I wore this a lot! Everyday with jeans and sneakers, and with dressier outfits for date nights. Really loved it. Definitely not a winter weight coat, perfect for Fall, and good for layering on chillier days. I sized down as I don’t really love the oversized overcoat look on me, but if that’s a style you wear well, then I’d suggest ordering your regular size.

I wore to run errands - with a white tee, cropped denim jacket, and white adidas. Lots of compliments! Worth noting the fabric is very light and thin. Some other reviewers mentioned it’s see through, but it didn’t appear that way to me or a couple of friends I asked.

Good casual layering piece
I wore this hiking in early fall, like low 50s. Worked well with a tank top and long sleeved base layer. Also wore with jeans and sneakers and got a few compliments. Might buy!

If understated standout is a thing, then this necklace nails it. Had lots of praise lavished on it by classy girls with expensive taste who know a thing of quality and beauty when they see it. I loved the length - great for wearing with a turtle neck, and for layering with shorter chains. Will probably buy this

BIG shoulder pads!
Wouldn't have rented if I'd known about the shoulder pads. Find it surprising no one else has mentioned in previous reviews. I looked like a footballer! Other than that, dress looks and feels high quality. As other reviews mention, some of the sequins flip, revealing underside color. To me this felt like an intentional part of the design, and I liked it. Fit my hourglass figure well, and the thickness of the fabric disguised any lumps or bumps. I have long arms and the sleeves went past my wrist

Easy breezy, dress up or down
I usually wear 10-12 but sized down based on reviews and was glad I followed that advice - still very slouchy (in a good way!) and flowy. Very comfortable, and cool enough to wear on hot NY summer days, then later layered with black, long sleeved bodysuit as temps dipped going into fall. I loved it so much I held onto it for a couple of months.
