Very cute. Belt doesn't belt, but if you tie it through the buckle it works. Definitely a mini, very short. Material is super soft and was lovely for our tropical vacation

Sleeves slip
I love this style of dress and have a something similar. However this one the sleeves are made from the same material as the dress- a soft cotton- so there wasn’t anything to really help them stay in place. But otherwise this is a flattering dress and very comfy.
