Darling, yet, professional
Wore it work. Received multiple compliments and felt like it was very flattering!! Things to keep in mind: I'm 5'3 and 125. Length wise it aired on the caution of being too short. 100% size up. The bust is tight, so tight that I didn't wear (or need) a bra. If your upper body is broad you might not like it bc of the false appearance of shoulder pads. If these things don't concern you, rent it, sister!! I will again!

Wanted to love this dress! This plus: fabric feels amazing and the colors are vibrant and gorgeous. Not so positive: Its super low cut with the chance of the girls falling out. I wore to work with a bandeau bra (thank goodness), when I put it on in the morning it fit great (arms just a little snug) and the cut a little low. By 2pm it was stretched out and even more low cut. Maybe it was just me and I needed the XS vs S?

Cute Summer Dress
The dress is very well made with nice material and a great spring/summer dress for a party or everyday. Personally, the cut was a little low for me. I'm a huge Marissa Webb fan and love all of her pieces, this one didn't really do it for me.

Gorgeous dress! The details are beautiful and its very well made. Unfortunately it runs incredibly small! I sized up and couldn't get it over my shoulders! I wish the 44 was available vs the 42...If you rent go up 2 sizes...maybe even 3!

Love this skirt! Super cute and received a ton of complements. Only downside is it runs REALLY SMALL. There is absolutely no give to the waistline. I rented an 8 and it was very snug.

Totally adorable. Wore with jeans just like the pic with heels to work, dressed down during the day. It runs very large, however, it didn't bother me. The arm embellishment is just enough and not too heavy. Rent this, you'll love it.

The colors are very vibrant and beautiful. Dress up or down. Perfect to wear over a cami flats during the day and heels at night. Only catch is it runs VERY small. The medium waistband would barely zip and i sized up to a M. Def could've done a L!!

Statement piece!!!
This dress definitely makes a statement. Be prepared to receive tons of compliments! I sized up based on the reviews and VERY glad I did. Typically I'm a XS or S and ordered a M...it fit with a little wiggle room in the torso. The dress is very well made and thick, no bra needed. Rent this dress, just size up 1 or 2 sizes :)

Beautiful pattern but fit is a little weird
LOVE the pattern and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. However, the fit is a little strange. Shoulders and chest are slightly tight. The waistline area runs very large causing it to bunch up when you tie it. Where it ties sat high on my ribcage in a less flattering area. Maybe this would be more flattering on someone taller?

This dress is stunning!! I was told I looked like a 'goddess walking on a cloud' by a complete stranger. The fit is a little big. Side note, the cut is very low. This is perfect for a date night, vacation, or just to look fabulous out and about.

This Dress is EVERYTHING
I've been doing RTR Unlimited for a year and a half and this is HANDS DOWN one of my top 3 dresses I've received!!! The cut is just low enough to be fun, yet appropriate for the office. Length in the back almost hits the floor for me with 3in heels (I'm 5'3). The dress itself is very forgiving and slimming with the tie. I've been stopped by multiple people at work and strangers in public gushing over this dress. I'm buying it! If you're on the cusp- rent it, you won't be sorry!!

This little number is everything! I rented it on a whim for my umlimited subscription and so glad i did. Usually im a XS but based on the reviews ordered a S - it runs VERY short. The waistband also makes it so slimming. I love this so much I'll probably buy it!

LOVE this shirtdress from Derek Lam. I've rented the other stripe shirt dress on RTR over and over again ...amazingly this one is so much better. You can dress this up with nude heels or down with flats. Be prepared to receive endless complements. Some things to note, the dress is VERY short, I always go up a size because of that. Also unlike the other stripe Derek Lam Shirt dress on RTR this one has a slip under the skirt which is a huge win for when the wind blows.

Very Flattering and Comfortable
Wore this to work, errands on the weekend and for HH with wedges. The dress is light weight, breathable and great for 70 degree weather. The waistline of the dress is super slimming. Something to note, the bottom of the dress has no stretch and a little constructing when you walk, almost mermaid-like. If you wear this, don't plan on being anywhere in a hurry or walking fast. Otherwise, order the dress, I definitely will again.

I was really excited about this dress. The pattern and leather is really unique and is well made. Unfortunately, it was way too small for me. I could zip it up to about my chest and then no higher. I would recommend going up 1 (possibly 2 sizes) in this dress.

This dress is adorable. On my waist it hit to make it really flattering and slimming. In the back it's longer and in the front short...very short! I'm 5'3 and I had multiple moments where I was checking to make sure it wasn't up too high. If you're tall I'd double think ordering!

Maybe it was just me, but I didn't LOVE this dress for my Unlimited. The right arm elastic was totally stretched out having it hang loose, while the left hugged my arm. I also found that it fit oddly over my stomach giving me a nonexistent pooch. I probably wouldn't rent it again..but maybe it was just my body since I'm petite at 5'3 and under 120.

My Go-To RTR Unlimited Order
I think I've used this in my unlimited account about 3x. Every time I wear it I receive endless compliments. The only thing I've noticed over the past 9 months is it seems to run smaller and smaller in the arms and length...and I've consistently ordered a 2. I don't know if people are washing and drying it at home and its shrinking....or possibly something that RTR is treating it with. Mind you, I've also lost about 5lbs since I started my unlimited. So air on the side of caution and size up.

For the record, I'm keeping this dress because I love it so much!!! The photo just doesn't do this dress justice! And it has pockets, Genius! I wore it to work with Tory Burch ballet flats and in the evening with wedges to a social event and then dinner. People loved it! If you wanna be a little less reserved, you can unbutton the bottom buttons revealing a little more leg...I did this at night and it helped transition it from work to play. Rent the dress -- rest assure you're going to stand out and look fabulous.

You can't go wrong with this dress! I wore it to work and then to a charity event meeting, followed by drinks and dinner out. Everywhere I went people wanted to know where I bought the dress...I almost kept it! The fit itself is VERY flattering/thinning. At 5'3 it was a little longer than the model at mid shin. If you're on the edge, order it! You won't be sorry :)

Beautiful Fabric and Pattern...but runs VERY LARGE
I LOVED the fabric and pattern! The dress was also very pretty and well made. On the model it looks short, but if you're my height (5'3) it'll hit you just right. The downside: Maybe it's just my figure, but where the waistband hit wasn't very flattering on me. It sort of made me look larger than I am, which is never a fun thing. This also could be because I should've sized down and ordered a XS. This dress could easily be transitioned from work to going out after work.

This dress is perfect for a party!
I ordered a size 2 and 4 and ended up going with the size 2. The fit in the size 4 chest was just too big and it wasn't staying in place. I gave the dress 4 stars because it does tend to ride up when you walk and the material isn't as thick as I imagined it to be. But don't let that stop you, the dress is a lot of fun and really flattering.
