I'm normally between a 6+8 Soni upsized but the waist was a bit to large and so made for a baggy crotch. My wait is 30", hips 42. If your body is like mine I would stick true to size or go towards your lower size if you're in between

I am usually a 6, and it fit true to size. I did not need the 8 (I'm 5'4", 145 athletic build, 34B). Wore it with red lips and back accessories and was receiving compliments all night long, many from people I didn't know even though this was a family NYE wedding. Would definitely order this again. Sequins were not scratchy like some others I've worn, which I really appreciated!
