Elegant and casual all at once!
I ordered these Ronny Kobo burgundy, leather pants in a size 12. Typically in RTR I go up to a 12 but in this instance, the 10 would’ve been the right size. I’ll definitely rent them again in a 10 next time. High waisted soft just the right amount of drape.

Ordered this in a L and it was still a bit too form fitting and the waist felt too high. The slit was an annoying aspect of the dress. I normally wear a 10 and was surprised the L was a too small. This was just not for me.

Fall vibes - wool is a bit itchy
Loved this Marie Oliver sweater in L with yarn fringe. Giving me lion vibes but I like how well it pairs with brown or burgundy leather pants. The sweater is 80% wool and it is a bit itchy, but not so much to keep me from wearing it. Ties at the sides can show skin or not of tied tightly.

Super stretchy
I ordered a 31 and these wore big because they are so stretchy. That said, even in a 30, these didn’t really flatter. The pocket placement in the back and the waist presented a wide look. If you like a comfy jean with loads of stretch- these are great. Would be super comfortable for travel because of it.

TTS - I ordered a M because a L wasn’t available, so I will wear it open, but a L would’ve been perfect. Chunky knit, heavier than I thought. Has some give to it. Order it too small- buttoned it will highlight any side rolls you may have. The color palette lends itself to so may clothing choices to pair it with.

Would love to have worn this out . The zipper is hard to zip and did get it up, but overall the dress was too tight in the chest. If you have even a small belly roll, wear shapewear. The pattern/fabric oddly shows everything.

Perfect top… Perfect length
Playful and fun this top went with everything and I was always grabbing for it in my closet. Wished I had purchased it, but will definitely rent again. It falls at just the right length so that it’s not exposing anything even with your arms lifted. The top does have some stretch, and the sleeves are not over the top.

Tailored, Snug 7 For All Mankind Vest
Ordered a L for 7 for all Mankind denim vest. If you’re broad chested (I’m 38 C, 5’8”, 160) then this may fit snug so order up. The denim doesn’t give or have stretch. The arm holes were small for my arms. I thought this looked great on my hourglass figure and wore it with a shirt and could leave the vest open or half buttoned. The bottom detail is flattering and provides length.

Goes with everything!
The size 12 ALC skirt is a lightweight, silky fabric with a side zipper. I wore this with different tops and blazers, Jean jacket, etc It can be dressed up or down with a pair of Converse. I normally wear a 10 but this, like most RTR, I sized up to a 12.

Not for broad shoulders and larger chests
As a 5' 8', 160lb women with a 38C chest, this accentuated the chest in a not flattering way and made my shoulders look like a linebacker. It also made my waist look thicker, which I thought the ruching would help not do that. I wore it once to work, but this one could be great for ladies looking to make their shoulders and chest look larger. Neither were my goals.

Tight in the waist but so music festival vibes!
Wished this Sea NY skirt had an elastic smocked waistband. The set in waist with hard to zip zipper made wearing this a challenge. I could zip it up, but it was tight. I ordered a 12, 5'8", 160 and normally wear a 10. I would need this in a 14, but then may be too big. Was going to wear to a folk music festival but due to the zipper, skipped it. Will attempt to wear it to work with a white top and maybe leave it unzipped an inch! Very pretty navy cotton fabric with a cotton liner that makes it a bit hot.

I was hoping this would work but for my age (60) there was a bit too much showing and altogether too youthful for me, personally. It's beautiful and well made but does require ironing to make it look it's best on. There are 3 ties that can be tied to your liking/comfort level. I did not wear it. My 20 year old daughter would love it.

Flattering slight barrel fit jean
These Paige Areellia Ankle Jeans in size 30 were perfect for my 5 8" frame (160lbs) and hourglass shape. They are high waisted and were a little snug until I wore them in a bit. My husband even commented how flattering the jeans were on. I've worn them with sweaters, oxfords, tees, and best with a jacket as above for smart casual work vibes. Not a heavy jean material and also no stretch other than wearing them in to loosen up a bit.

❤️ Perfect Sweater - Soft & Light
Ordered a M because I don’t like an oversized look, but if you do, order up. This TOCCIN sweater is made of soft, lighter yarns which makes it so versatile and easy to pack. It would be fantastic in a vacay wardrobe for cooler climates. I wore it with cuffed jeans, a black dress, to dinner with friends, just walking the dog or around the house. I know I’ll regret not buying this so will rent it again!

Soft, Long and flattering with heels
The DL1961 jeans were soft, light and draped nicely. At 5’8” I still wore them with a pair of mid-height heels and they looked best with heels vs sneakers. These would pair well with blazers for a work setting or dressed up for a night out.

I ordered this in a L and found the size too large and the fit on my 5'8" hourglass figure, unflattering. I loved the fabric, the stitching and the gold buttons, but I think this would work better on an athletic or straight frame and for petites. It cut me at the wrong place and I just couldn't get behind wearing it, so I sent this one back. It is gorgeous and if you have the figure to wear boxy tops, go for it!!

Light Linen Trousers...work, vacay, brunch, shower vibes.
I wore these printed floral linen trousers by TOCCIN for work and to a conference in Dallas. I am tall (5'8") and these were long even with heels. A quick basting stitch kept them to a length I could wear with 2" woven heels. It has a side zipper that isn't easy to zip up, but functioned fine. No belt loops and I felt a belt might elevate the outfit. I paired it with a loose knit cream sleeveless sweater and a rattan and leather bag. It's a nice warm weather look or with a different top could have vacay vibes. I ordered a size 12 when I usually wear a size 10 pant.

Light & Airy Top is so versatile
The cotton fabric is light and airy making this Marie Oiver top the perfect weight to pair with buttercream wide leg pants, skinny black pants or denim shorts. Living in NC, this is truly a 3 season top. I like the side ties to cinch it to your taste. The sleeve were not too long and the slight puff at the shoulder was a nice balance. The v-neck is flattering. As a 60 year old, I found the cropped length a little uncomfortable, but it worked out great anyway!

Felt super cool in these jeans!
These PAIGE cuffed jeans in size 30 fit like a dream on my hourglass figure. Love the slightly stretchy fabric, but still heavy enough to have structure. This 60-year-old feels super cool in these jeans and my college daughter said they’re giving “cool Mom vibes“! I paired them with the BLANK – NYC white vest in this photo. I will wear these jeans, dressed up for work, out for a beer, on an airplane or just running around town —they fit any vibe you’re looking for . These are jeans I’ll have to think about buying… I just wish they weren’t so pricey!

Noisy fabric and too many details
I wanted to love this skirt, the color combination and pattern is beautiful. But the fabric is like lining material that’s swishes and is noisy. There are open back pockets that you would never use because a skirt this light anything you put in the pocket will drag the skirt down. There are two front side pockets with a snap closure- again why? To use the pockets you would have to unsnap the flap and then have the flap flapping around. Finally, there’s the front zipper for some reason. A floaty skirt needs to have a zipper slit option in the front, again why? This is a skirt that’s trying way too hard. It did look nice with a white linen vest over it and if you can get past all of the zippers in pockets and swishing, it’s a very pretty skirt. This one went back

This Fifteen Twenty dress, size L, was perfect for my 5’8” hourglass figure. I did wear shapewear and for me it was a must. I wore this dress to a show with friends, cocktails al fresco and dinner in Boston. Love the pockets. The half open back means a strapless bra or stickies. Too much to fuss with
A regular size 10, I ordered this in a 12 and although it fit, there was some bulging on the side seam that wouldn’t lay flat, and the open back required too much fussing with for it to be comfortable for me to wear. Beautiful color and elegant fabric, I loved the high neck line. I just wish it weren’t so open in the back-perhaps because I’m 60 and not 26.

I tried two sizes in this MacDougall dress, 10 that allowed the top to move around freely and eighth that was far too tight. The fabric is light and airy, which was a pleasant surprise. There is boning on the waist so if you get it too tight, it makes the ruffles flip up and down when you bend at the waist.

Perfect top for NC weather and southern vibes

Rented this striped TOCCIN sweater to go with the TOCCIN red linen dress for a wedding on the coast of Maine. The sweater was more flattering worn backwards and flipped over my head as shown in the picture. 😍 Ordered a size medium. The knit is heavier than expected but has a pointelle and striped pattern in the weave. The wide band makes it easier to wear. I normally wear a 10 or medium.

Great Work Dress - with some issues
This a piece apart dress ordered in a solid size L fit my 5' 8" frame and larger bust. The issue comes with the drop waist smocking… it can feel a little constricting, requires some form of shapeware if you’ve got any little tummy rolls. Also at age 60 I have a little flab under my arms that kind of squishes out. 😳 The dress worked well with a blazer and a nice pair of sandals and I did wear it to work a few times, but I won’t likely rent it again.
