Flimsy
The photos of this top looked like it was a crisp and tailored shirt. It ended up being a very thin cotton. I sized up based on reviews but found I probably didn't need to. Wish it were a thicker material to make ruffles pop a little more.

Interesting dress .... kind of weird fit.
Neck was tight like many others said. In fact the whole top fit more tight than I would have liked. The bottom is a very heavy, double lined stretch fabric. Hard to get it to lay straight.
