Tight and itchy
While I loved the detailing on this dress, I definitely would not rent it again. Too bad, since I had a great experience with a different dress by the same designer. That dress, I wore a 6. This one, I wore my backup size of an 8, but really wish I'd gotten a 10. Perhaps if I'd had the right size, I would have felt better. However, the dress was extremely tight (particularly around the tummy) - I would NOT suggest wearing this if you have any insecurities about your stomach. The edges were also itchy around the arms and bottom, because of the sequins. All in all, this was a disappointment. 1 star for the detailing and how it looks on the hanger, 1 star for the price (NYE sale?).

I received so many compliments on this dress all night long! I felt like a star.
I was a bit worried about the fit of this dress since the backup size I wanted wasn't available. However, the dress fit absolutely perfectly. I honestly don't think it could have fit better. The color was gorgeous without being too in-your-face with the sequins. The hem and around my arms (where my skin hit the sequins) was a bit scratchy, but it didn't bother me most of the night. The length was border-line too short - I certainly had to be mindful when I sat down. I was worried with a shift-style dress that I would lose my waist, but it was definitely fitted perfectly. Overall - PHENOMENAL DRESS!
