Loved this dress - rented for my husband's company party. It's a great twist on a little black dress, with lovely gold detail. Runs on the tighter side, but I still marked it as "true to size" because I don't think it was a full size different. If you are between sizes, or like things a bit looser, size up or down accordingly. The material was great at keeping everything sucked in and looking good. I'm short and the length was great, if I was much taller it might not have felt as appropriate for a company event. The high neckline and sleeves helped keep it classy even with a tight fit. I would definitely rent this dress again!

I wore this to my fiance's company holiday cocktail party. It was a great mix of fun and sexy but not too over the top for a company event. The sleeves were great for warmth and also made it a bit more conservative. I was worried that, being a short gal, the length would be too long but it was perfect! I think it would work for girls of any height, just know it will be more of a mini if you are tall. The bust wasn't too tight, which sometimes happens for me with dresses with this neckline. I got compliments all night and got to share the RTR secret with a few lucky ladies!

This dress was a gorgeous color for a fair-skinned gal - not too bright of a red. The deeper tone definitely flattered my skin tone. However, if you're short it's a tad long. I didn't end up wearing the dress because it was a bit more formal than I wanted and I liked the other dress I rented better. But, it really is pretty, especially if you're tall!
