Stunning but specific
Wow - this dress is honestly a showstopper! But it requires a very specific occasion - would be perfect if you’re the host / birthday girl / etc of a formal affair. I ordered it for a friend’s black tie optional wedding, and it fit perfectly (I’m normally a 2 and ordered the Small). However I personally would not feel comfortable showing up in this as it’s quite “loud” and VERY structured- it basically feels like it has a hoop skirt or tulle in it. I have no idea how the RTR team got it into the bag with my 4 other items. Gorgeous dress, but not for this time!

Perfect cocktail dress, I absolutely loved wearing it. Other reviewers mentioned the gapping at the chest. I have a fairly small bust and it was a bit gappy, but nothing some fashion tape couldn't fix! Loved.

I loved wearing this dress and got tons of compliments! I sized up two sizes due to the reviews, and I probably should have only sized up one. I had to finagle the strings a bit (I have a small chest) to make sure I didn’t have a nip slip. Once I figured that out, I loved this dress!

I think this dress is true to size - I’m a 2-4 in dresses and I ordered the medium because of other reviews. Medium was huge and unwearable. Sad because it’s really cute!!

Loved this dress, it was super comfortable and easy. I thought the mid length sleeves aged the look, but I was able to easily tuck them in to create a shorter poof sleeve and they stayed all night without even safety pinning. Cute!

This dress was so comfortable and has incredible fabric and color. I got so many compliments! I go between size 2-4 and chose a size 4 which was the right call. I am 5’7” and it was not too long - I think this could work for both taller and shorter people. Absolutely in love with this one!!

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it twice with different belts and shoes to dress it up and down. I found it so fun and versatile for work or date night! I did size down to XS which would not normally fit me so I could see how this would be way too huge for someone petite! I’m 5’7” and the length was perfect.

Not terribly flattering
I took a chance on this dress but had hesitations that it wouldn’t be flattering. The material is a shiny taffeta which combined with the cut made it feel a bit “renaissance fair” to me. I did not find the flattering at all, especially the full skirt. I thought it was very difficult to zip, and layers of fabric made it heavy and very hot. Did not wear.

Black tie perfection
So much fun to wear and very comfortable. The zipper and ties in the back make the dress very forgiving and super comfortable the whole night. I did have to experiment with boob taping because I needed a bit of lift. Once I got the tape figured out I loved wearing this dress!!! I’m 5’7” and wore pretty high heels 3”+ and the dress was perfect but seems to run long.
