Fit almost right
The dress fit me in the front but in the back it gaps where the zipper stops. Probably only you will notice it, but it drove me crazy.

Mine didn't have straps
The pic shows with straps but mine did not have them. The arms are tight so it stays up, but too tight that it is uncomfortable if you are wearing it more than 30 min.
