Love this blouse. Might buy. The spots are a black velvet, the tan is semi sheer. Wore a black cami under. Fabric is rich looking, not trashy.

First time I rented a large and it was too big. The medium was perfect. Comfortable enough to wear casually, but nice enough to dress up. Wore with a black blazer to work.

Cute but far from perfect
The color and material are great. My main issues were 1. that it was somewhat overwhelming on my 5'4" frame - it would have been better shorter, and 2. I couldn't make the belt look cute. It's a thin long piece of fabric. A more substantial belt/tie would have really elevated this.
