Absolutely loved this dress! The color was amazing and the top stayed perfectly in place throughout the evening. I found that I needed to pin down the attached slip to keep it from riding up, other wise it bunched badly underneath and was really noticeable. Two safely pins, easy fix. I am 5'5", 34C, 160 lbs and the 6 fit perfectly.

This dress would have been amazing had it not had some wear issues. Let me first say that RTR customer service is phenomenal and I know if I had more time before my event, they would have immediately shipped me a replacement. I typically try to get my rentals two days before the event date, but I was really set on wanting this dress and it's availability only allowed me one day. When it arrived, I tried it on immediately and could not get the zipper to come up past the satin waist band. I suspected others may have had this issue too so I checked the reviews and found a suggestion to run a black crayon along the zipper. Strangely, it did not work for me that evening but when I tried again the following morning, it zipped just fine! Unfortunately once I had it on, I spotted two areas where the seams were separating. I wore the dress anyway because I had no backup option. Not even my husband noticed the flaws and I got many compliments throughout the night. I would definitely rent this dress again. As far as fit, my profile reflects my "usual" stats but I gained some weight over the last two months. Current stats are 5'5", 150 lbs, 34C, and pear shaped. Length was perfect, loved the stretch in the fabric (everywhere but the satin waist), I did not need a bra to feel secure. I wore the 8 but the 10 would have fit much better. Hope that's helpful!

This dress runs very true to size. I was very happy with the fit and length (right above the knee and I'm 5'5"). My only complaint would be that it seemed a bit stretched out in the front middle, so it gave me a little belly where I really don't have one. I just had to watch my posture through the night. :) I was super comfortable. I wore a regular bra but should have worn a strapless, as the lace is sheer enough that you could see it. I have NEVER been drawn to reds/oranges/corals because I thought they'd look bad with my skin tone, but I was dead wrong with this one. The color was AMAZING and I got compliments all night. Would absolutely rent this again.

This dress was one of two replacement dresses chosen and sent by the RTR stylists when my original choice became unavailable prior to shipping. I'm a street size 4 and would have needed a size 2 because it runs a size large. Unfortunately they sent me a size 8. I would never have chosen this dress from the photos online, but in person, it is really beautiful and unique! The only thing I did not like about it was the slightly puffy sleeves. I don't have slender arms and I felt like the extra volume made my arms look a little larger. I obviously did not wear the dress because it was humongous, but I would still consider renting it again one day for the right occasion. I'm glad they sent it to me because I would have overlooked it otherwise.

I was sent this dress as a backup when my original choice became unavailable on the day it was supposed to ship. This pretty dress was chosen by the RTR stylists and I didn't even know what I was receiving until it arrived. It would have been perfect, had it fit. I am a street size 4, and this dress runs large, but I was sent an 8. I would have needed a size 2 without a doubt. This is the first time I felt like the RTR stylists didn't take the time to check my measurements or the reviewed fit of the dress before sending a backup. I absolutely would have worn it though if I'd received the right size. The color is BEAUTIFUL and it has very flattering cut. I think it was a teensy bit long on my 5'5" frame, so I'd highly recommend it if you're 5'7" or taller.

This AMAZING dress would have been my absolute favorite outfit of all time, if I had received the right size. After reading the reviews about it running very small, I decided to rent the size 8 (with 10 as a backup because 6 was unavailable). I am a street size 4, 130#. On the day it was supposed to ship it became unavailable for whatever reason (damage or late return I'm sure), so I was sent the size 10. The 10 was not terrible, but baggy enough that I knew it didn't fit as it should; the 8 is what I needed and it would have fit PERFECTLY. This dress is stunning. I was worried about looking washed out as I am dark blonde and very fair, so I had applied some self tanner beforehand and I thought it looked really nice. The lace design is gorgeous and the neckline and sleeves (I always worry about cap sleeves because I don't have slender arms) are incredibly flattering.This dress is a dream for an hourglass shape. I am more of a pear shape, so I probably would have added a decently padded bra to fill in the top half (I'm not well-endowed). It hit me right in the middle of the knee and I'm 5'5". You will not be disappointed if you rent this dress, as long as you get the right size. I took off one star only because I was disappointed to not get the 8. RTR customer service was phenomenal, as always, and I know they would have gotten it to me if they could. I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat.

This dress was rented as my backup style for a black tie wedding. I wore the other style dress for 2 reasons - first, there was some very well-placed boning in the breast area of the dress that really accentuated the dress's shape... except... it was only in my backup size (10R) that was too big for me; someone may have cut it out of the one I would have liked to wear (8R). Secondly, it had a pretty bad odor, however I think if I had hung it up in an open doorway for 24 hours or so, it would have aired out. I actually liked this dress well enough to try ordering it again (and hope for a clean one with the boning still in place). It's an elegant design that felt really glamorous on, and it's SO RARE to find a great dress with sleeves that isn't too matronly. I LOVE dresses with sleeves! It also had a textured band around the top inside that kept it perfectly in place on my shoulders, no matter how much I moved around. I also wanted to note that the size 10R was the perfect length with a 4" heel (I'm 5'5.5") however I would have had to find a shorter heel for the 8R. It was right at 2 inches shorter than the 10.

This dress was a fabulous choice for the black tie wedding I attended in DC. I am normally a street size 6, however the reviews made me second-guess what size to order. I messaged one of the RTR stylists and she made her recommendations, which I really appreciated! I went with a 10R because the 8R was already sold out. I think the 10 looked great and it was extremely comfortable, although if I'd had the choice I would have worn an 8. I felt like I had about 2 inches of extra fabric in the bust and maybe 3 in the waist, although not even my hubby could tell until I specifically pointed it out. The length could not have been more perfect - I'm 5'5.5" and wore a 3 inch heel. I had originally planned to wear spanx but i didn't feel any need to because the fabric and rouching smoothed my whole figure. I would not hesitate to rent this dress again for a future formal event.

I felt like a million bucks in this dress! I am always looking for interesting dresses with sleeves because I like to keep my upper arms covered. The fabric is soft jersey that had just enough stretch and cling to make curves look amazing. I had planned to wear shapewear but found I didn't need to with this dress. It hit me right at the knee and I'm 5'5". I felt very sexy and still classy on my wedding anniversary dinner at a fancy steakhouse.
