Been wearing this all summer. It's quality & I can wear it in the water as well. Sits just above the collar bone & is good with layers as well.

AMAZING FIT - dress up or down
I am buying these. They are high quality, soft, stretchy yet huggable and super flattering. The high waste hits perfectly and the rainbow detail is gorgeous. Rented for a PRIDE event with low expectations and was blown away. The only thing I will say is that there are no pockets.

Wore this for an event. It could not be cuter. The tie on the back can be versatile. I did have to tie it tight when fully wrapped around. Showed up adorable in pics. A million compliments. Also, I have no chest and the cut was super flattering. Would definitely be served better with someone with a bit more to offer. If it wasn't in a million photos I'd buy it.
