The best dress for something attention grabbing while maintaining total class.
I'm not a fan of dresses that "appear" to have a high neckline. While the model's photo shows the neckline being on the higher side, it perfectly highlighted my collarbone and neck and wasn't restrictive in the shoulder or upper arm areas. I'm 5'7" and the 4R just skimmed the floor while wearing 2.5" heels. The fit was extremely comfortable, and flattered all parts of my figure. I didn't have to adjust this dress once! Absolutely perfect for someone who wants an effortless yet glamorous look for an event.
