I'm 27 weeks and normally wear a small, but the small in these pants was so tight. There's no stretch on the waist band, and it's not made to fall below or above the bump, but instead sat right only belly button. The material was comfortable but really not bump friendly.

I'm 5'6", 135lbs –  usually between a 2 & 4, and the 4 fit perfectly. I was super comfortable all night and got tons of compliments. It is really long though and I didn't have very high heels on (only about 2.5 inches) so it reached the floor. Suggest going with a higher heel to avoid it dragging on the floor too much.
