runs incredibly small
I sized up in this from small to medium (based on reviews) and it was still incredibly small. I have pretty slim arms and it was so tight on the wrists/forearms. Also, it is a slight crop top. The cut is flattering, the shoulders aren't too puffy but it has a nice shape. Would recommend sizing up 2 sizes.

great coat not too puffy and still warm
the back isn't puffy, it's a nice fleece like material. I think both materials are black but in some lighting the back part/fleece material looks more blue than black. I like that I don't feel gigantic in it like how I do in some other big puffy jackets. Great length as well. Definitely size down. I ordered a small instead of a medium (my normal coat size) based on other reviews and it fit perfectly.

great sweater
sleeves are nice and long. can be dressed up or down. slightly scratchy, but not as bad as I was thinking based on other reviews that mentioned that.
