Large on top for a smaller chest.
I didn't end up wearing this dress. It could be very flattering on the right body type however. It was too large on the chest for me -- I'm a 36B - sometimes a 34/36 A depending. I got the size 10 because the 8 was not available ... But I'm afraid that even the 8 would have been too big on top too.

This dress is so adorable! Super comfortable ... Perfect for a Date night! I wore it with black hose and high black wedges ... Loved it! I would go a size or two down from what you normally wear because it does run a little big.

Perfect for the Derby or similar occasion ~
This dress is very comfortable and flattering. Material does tend to wrinkle a fair amount ... It didn't really bother me, but may be an issue for others. I wore it to the Louisiana Derby and thought it was perfect for the occasion!

I chose a different dress for the occasion.
I loved the dress and the way it fit ... I didn't end up wearing it because it was little too "dressy" for the party I was going to. I will definitely rent it again if the occasion fits it! I would have worn the Large vs the Medium just because it gave a little more wiggle room in the hips. Just a hint too :: If you are smaller on the top like me -- you will need a black strapless push-up bra to wear under the large to make it work. I'm 5'3 - 130# - 36a.
