Too large, too low in the cleavage
This dress was just too large for my petite figure. It didn't hug my body and was rather loose across my waist, hips and shoulders. The straps were quite thick and just would not stay in place properly.

Lovely dress, just not what I was looking for
I did not wear this dress but rather tried it in place of an initial order that was ultimately not available. This dress was different thanks to the asymmetric neck line and capped sleeves - the fabric is great - lightweight, soft but very clingy. While it is slightly mermaid style, I don't think it would have been difficult to dance in at all. Because I am petite I probably would have been pulling the sleeves up a bit as they definitely wouldn't stay up on their own without some double sided tape.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this dress!
I LOVED this dress and I owe a huge THANK YOU to Sheridan at RTR who was fantastic. I initially ordered a different ML dress that was not available for my event and tried several other dresses in its place but none fit well. This dress was AMAZING - glamorous, elegant and sophisticated -and true to size for a petite athletic figure. I wore 4'' heels and it was fine - the back of the dress just grazed the floor but it made for a grand entrance. I would absolutely 100% recommend this dress and my order it again myself for another occasion. I had endless compliments and it was so different than most of the other black dresses at the formal affair. THANK YOU again to Sheridan!

Too large for a petite body!
I loved this dress on the website but unfortunately it just did not fit properly and was too large/loose across the shoulders, back and chest. I have a short torso so it might work better on a petite body but with a longer torso. The fabric was great and the shimmer over the shoulders was lovely.
