A lot of extra front fabric
The pleats on the front just made it feel like loose and floppy. I love agolde but these were a hard no.

Great for a brunch wedding!
Lovely fit, hugged around my narrow waist and flowed around my larger hips. Very comfortable and rented marchesa earrings that complemented the dress well. At the recommendation of one of the RTR workers, wore my hair to the side (or he said up) given the high crew neck. It did wrinkle after sitting for long periods of time, but enjoyed it overall!

Wrapped up
Liked the dress in theory - but the wrap made it difficult in practice. It was a windy day, so I was constantly worried about the wrap coming undone around my legs when walking - especially given that I have wider hips. A bit larger in the chest as well, and so I found the button would pop open if I moved my arms even slightly. I wore it with a camisole underneath and it was fine, but not my favorite fit.

Beautiful dress
Loved the way this dress photographed and received many compliments throughout the night. Would've been better if the bottom wasn't already ripped in the back but the lace is super fragile and hadn't held up well to a previous renters heels. Wear wedges or go without heels with this one.

Wore it with a skinny brown belt to work and then right into a family party. Incredibly flattering for hourglass figures- emphasizes smaller waist and hid the wider hips. 10/10 would rent again.

Stood out in a sea of black
When you don't know if you're at a funeral or a wedding because everyone is wearing black...this dress is a refreshing look. Zipper was tricky but worth it. Tight around the waist and flowy. I'm 5"5 and wore 1 inch heels and had some issues with stepping on the excess length during dancing and walking but appearance of the dressage up for it.

Incredibly form fitting and has a lot of "va-va-voom" especially on curvier body shapes. Too tight for me, and I wouldn't have been able to eat/drink without feeling uncomfortable.

Summer wedding
Great color and fit for smaller wasited top and curvier bottom. Skirt had a fun, semi-full flow and the top hugged in all the right places. Didn't need to wear a bra and felt secure through the night. Would definitely rent this one again.

Easy, comfortable and flattering
Beautiful long dress felt like a good fit for a black tie optional. Ordered both 6 and 8, and even the smaller of the two bunched in odd places as the dress has a good amount of stretch. Stopped by the RTR storefront in Chicago and luckily found a 4 on the rack, which was a much better, hugging fit with less excess fabric. Side paneling was flattering for wider curves, but thicker material maybe wasn't the best idea for a summer wedding. Super comfortable though!

Definitely a snug fit on the top- the black band around the waist didn't give a millimeter of an inch which made sitting down uncomfortable. Loved the back and skirt, but wouldn't rent this one again.

Just stunning
This dress is a home run. Tried it on in store a few months ago while looking for a replacement for a different event and fell in love with it. Pictures don't do it's intricacies justice. It photographs beautifully and I received countless complements the entire evening. It was a significant splurge, but I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Would not only rent it again, but would buy it if the price was right!

In all the wrong places
I have a narrow waist and wider hips. This dress ended up hugging the hips a bit tighter than I was comfortable with and didn't emphasize my narrow waistline nearly enough. I really wanted it to be a home run, but this dress struck out for me.

Wanted to love it
I wanted to try something out of my norm, but this one didn't pay out. It was a tough fit for wider hips and honestly looked tacky up close with all the sequins. I read a review that said it looked like an ice skating costume and wish I would've taken that comment more seriously. If you're on the fence, I'd say this one isn't worth the gamble.
