Hot weather vacation skirt with matching top.
Pairs well with navy, cream and browns. Waist has elastic and a zipper. Size 6 fit well for 28 inch natural waist line.

Great concept but…
The shoulder seams were way off for me, as if it needed big shoulder pads. Might fit a swimmer style upper body. Couldn’t wear it. Great fabric though.

Nice fabric and concept but length is a problem.
Overall too large and the inseam was 35 inches! Puddling on the floor. I swapped the size 6 for a size 4 which fit perfectly in the waist and hips for me. But the inseam on the size 4 was only 30.5 inches! Awkward length, hitting just at my ankles. Beware of length issues with these otherwise nice slacks.

But it is elastic all the way around. Also the fabric and lining is kind of heavy. Might be hot for summer wear. I got the top that looks similar, but did not realize that the top is black and the skirt is navy, each with a different floral pattern.
