Very fitted.
I usually wear a 14 in RTR pieces and this one was definitely very fitted, almost too tight.

Didn’t need a bra (36D) because the dress fit snugly enough while being plenty roomy for food at an outdoor festival in (hot) wine country! Very airy too which was perfect for the heat. The back was a fun cutout without feeling too revealing.

Bust runs big but nice heavy fabric and comfortable for cool summer evenings
36D and there was some gaps in the underarm/bust area. Has pockets! The tie/waist is pretty high up. Would have preferred it a couple inches lower to accentuate the smallest part of my waist. Felt like a baby doll fit.

Have a long torso so it was slightly cropped on me. Very cozy and warm. Soft enough that no layer under is needed. Would rent again!

Well insulated for Arctic weather
Wore this to the Arctic circle in up to -10° C with quality thermal layers and gloves. Did not get cold once, even when standing outside for hours. It did not rain/snow so I don't know how this would fare in precipitation. Excellent insulation, photographs beautifully. For my body/size, cinching the waist with the drawstrings was not flattering, but leaving the coat uncinched was very cute. Would definitely rent again!
