I'm a 34DD/size 4 or 26 and 5'6. I ordered this in small and medium and ended up with the small. I wish I'd ordered the XS and S as it ran larger than I expected. I wore 4 in heels and the length was near perfect. I only had to be careful when getting up that my heel wasn't caught. I would suggest some tape for the shoulders. They didn't fall but I was pulling them back quite a bit, which I feel wouldn't have been a problem if I had the XS. However, if you are a bustier women I would forgo the skin tight Herve leger look for the classier formal appropriate fit. The XS would have made my bust pour over. I would also suggest statement earrings instead of a necklace as I felt it looked less elegant that way. I loved this dress and I couldn't be more happy with my decision to wear it. It fits most body types in a very flattering manner.
